What do I do?

I strive to help ALL students grow into readers and writers through instruction.

How do I do it?

I try to equip teachers with tools to build the joy and confidence in teaching reading and writing. I help to unify teachers towards a common goal of ensuring ALL students are literate: engaged & competent readers and writers. I work to encourage teacher agency and self-efficacy in their teaching of literacy.

Why do I do it?

I believe all kids can learn to read and write confidently and truly enjoy it!!!
